Join our team as a Manager, Early Care and Education Services! We’re seeking a dedicated, organized, and collaborative leader with strong experience in early childhood education. In this role, you’ll coordinate and implement programs that strengthen and expand high-quality early care and education services across Santa Barbara County. Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in child development, education, or a related discipline Experience: Two years of increasingly responsible program administration experience that included some combination of the following: data collection and analysis, grant writing, budget management, group facilitation, ECE professional development, and workshop/event coordination.

Compensation:
$108,257 - $131,898 (salary step increase upon successful completion of 12-month probationary period).
Exceptional health benefits (with an option that is no cost to the employee) and a defined-benefit pension plan (California Public Employees’ Retirement System).
