Job Summary
Collaborates and assists with planning and establishing, implementing, and monitoring district-wide program goals for all Nutrition Services programs. Integrates central kitchen and school operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district rules and regulations as well as with department goals, and budgets. Proposes and assists with developing marketing plans, special events, and best practices for service delivery.
Requirements / Qualifications
Position requires a Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university with a major in restaurant management, food and nutrition, business, or closely related field and three years of increasingly responsible supervisory experience in food service operations. Experience in school food service is preferred. Requires an active Food Safety Manager Certificate. Please see Job Description
