Job Summary

JOB GOALS: The Director of Enrollment Management is a critical member of the senior administration of the school and reports directly to the COO. The director is responsible for understanding the strategic and operational processes of enrollment and has experience with all aspects of student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and financial aid. The ideal candidate should also bring a love for working with students and families, outstanding collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. To support and retain a diverse and student population. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution of admissions and enrollment processes. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Incumbents may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: - Strategic Enrollment Management: Understanding the strategic and operational processes of enrollment, leading the development and execution of strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality applicant pool. - Recruitment and Admissions: Overseeing the recruitment process, including managing the admissions team, developing recruitment goals, and implementing outreach events and strategies to raise awareness of the school. Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of experience in admissions, recruiting, or communications are typically required. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: - Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
