We are hiring a full-time multiple or single subject credentialed teacher. Substitute credentials accepted as well. Candidates with preliminary and cleared credentials will be considered. To be considered for the full-time position, a candidate must be willing to be in-person four days a week in up to the three or four campuses as needed. You will regularly be assigned to two campuses each week for a total of four in-person days. You may be called to support up to one or two more campuses each week as needed. Our campuses are located in Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Barbara.

Trivium Charter School, a Personalized Learning Public Charter School, is accepting applications for full-time substitute teaching positions for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for dynamic, engaging teachers who are interested in working in a collaborative environment where hands-on, project-based learning is emphasized and encouraged! Teachers must be comfortable learning new technology and adapting to different student’s curricula and learning styles. Our academic program is highly successful and we are growing!
Full-time Substitute teachers are required to be in the classroom four days per week to teach and assist. This would require supporting up to three or four of Trivium's campuses as needed. You will be assigned to two locations regularly each week - with the potential of being called in to support a different campus. Our campuses are located in Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Barbara. This position is a salary position starting at $72,700.
Our pay is extremely competitive. We use a performance rating system so you can jump up in pay quickly each year if your performance is great.
