Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Educational Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven leadership experience with strategic planning, project management, school technology best practices, state data reporting, SIS administration, and data analytics in a school district or similar environment. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology management, preferably within an educational setting. Licenses/Certificates/Training/Other Requirement: • Possession of a valid California Driver's License • Flexible working hours to accommodate community events and meetings. • Travel within the community for partnership development and outreach activities. • Experience with data reporting and analytics in a school setting. • Experience with state data reporting platforms such as CALPADS, CBEDS, and other state-mandated reporting systems. • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to educational technology, data privacy, testing compliance, and data reporting. • Previous experience coordinating state assessments or educational testing programs.
