Requirements / Qualifications
We have an exciting opportunity for one (1) Administrative Associate III, Information Technology position located at our campus in Temecula, CA. Under the general supervision of the Dean of Information Technology (IT) the Information Technology Administrative Assistant supports the Dean and departmental personnel and is responsible for the administrative details of the IT office, performing a variety of complex clerical, computer terminal operation, communications, records management and technical support functions of a specialized nature.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. A high school diploma or GED; AND 2. Four (4) years of professional, general clerical experience; INCLUDING 3. Two (2) years of professional experience in a support role to an administrator in a comparable institution SUBSTITUTIONS Substitutions for meeting the minimum qualifications of this position are allowed. 1. Substitutions for the professional experience requirement are allowed, up to a maximum of two (2) years which equates to 48 semester units of college level course work. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 1. As support staff to senior level administrative personnel 2. Providing quality customer service in a busy environment 3. With Microsoft Office programs, at an advanced skill level
