Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services or Designee, the Coordinator of Student Success is a committed educational leader and advocate who is committed to increasing both academic and social achievement of students, particularly for educationally disadvantaged, underrepresented and/or underserved students. The role involves collaborating with school leadership, teachers, and families to implement policies and procedures pertaining to a robust tiered intervention/data system to ensure equitable access to educational opportunities and success.
