Required Documents 1. Orange County Department of Education fingerprint clearance from the Clearing House. No other fingerprint clearance will be accepted. Incorrect clearance will be screened out. Bachelor degree transcripts with a degree conferral date clearly printed. Unofficial transcripts are accepted, but must include a degree conferral date. 4. Resume. Please note you must also fill out the “Record of Work Experience” on your EdJoin application. Submitting a resume is not a substitute for this section. Please do not submit additional documents for this position beyond the 4 stated documents. Required Disclosure: AB 2534- As of January 1, 2025, in accordance with Education Code section 44939.5 (as amended by California AB 2534) applicants for all certificated positions are required by law to provide a complete list of every school district, county office of education, charter school and/or state special school with which they have previously been employed, regardless of the length of service.
