Kids Club Lead Teacher must:
- engage children in stimulating enrichment activities
- evaluate student progress
- interact with students, parents, and supervisor for the purpose of communicating educational objectives for students
- maintain effective group and individual behavior
- participate in staff training workshops
- perform record keeping and clerical duties
- present instructional materials in conjunction with the instructional plan for the purpose of providing direct or small group instruction to support student learning
- provide students with homework and tutoring assistance
- supervise students
- work with classroom management techniques
Requirements / Qualifications
