Job Summary
The Education Director / Assistant Principal serves as the school’s pedagogical and student support lead, providing instructional leadership, faculty coaching, oversight of curriculum and academic programs, and management of student support services all in alignment with YRCS’s mission as a public Waldorf charter school.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Waldorf experience, leadership experience and prior teaching experience required. Waldorf Certificate, CA multisubject Teaching Credential and Administrative Credential preferred.
