2025-26 Naval Science Instructor at Garden Grove Unified School District
Requirements / Qualifications
Must possess a valid California Designated Subjects Special Subjects teaching credential authorizing NJROTC instruction or must show evidence that the applicant is eligible for certification as a Naval Science Instructor through the Department of Navy.
Application Procedure: Only online applications will be accepted. We appreciate all submissions; however, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Please attach the following required documents to your completed district application:
- Certification (Evidence of eligibility for Naval Science Instructor certification or Designated Subjects Special Subjects Teaching Credential: ROTC)
- Copy of Transcript (All college transcripts)
- Letter of Introduction (Cover letter)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 letters within the past year from at least one principal or direct supervisor)
- Resume
