Under the direction of Educational Services Directors, monitor categorical funds for special and categorical programs; maintain current knowledge of laws, rules and regulations related to categorical programs and assure compliance; prepare and maintain fi les, records and reports for assigned programs.

Prepare and maintain fi nancial records and reports. Read, understand and interpret technical/fi nancial information. Input data at 50 words per minute. Make accurate mathematical computations. Operate a computer and other offi ce equipment. Prioritize and schedule work. Meet schedules and timelines. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
