Requirements / Qualifications
The Baldwin Park Unified School District is seeking for a Personnel Technician in the Human Resources Department at the District Administration Center. Under general supervision, the Personnel Technician performs a variety of technical, private, and complex clerical work in the administration of the Certificated and Classified personnel program; and does related work as required. REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience: -Equivalent to graduation from high school, including or supplemented by course work in office practice and procedure. -Three years of increasingly responsible office/secretarial experience, including one year of experience in general personnel work. -A valid California driver’s license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites may be required. Skills: -Generate quality products, computer proficiency and knowledge of office software, and attention to detail. PREFERENCES: -Coursework in English and composition -Proficiency in Spanish -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
