The Front Office Receptionist is a key member of the Academic Operations and Support Team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school’s front office. As the primary point of contact for the main lobby, the Receptionist supports students, parents, faculty, staff, and visitors with professionalism and care, providing a welcoming presence both in person and by phone. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. In addition to managing reception duties, the Receptionist provides daily administrative and clerical support to faculty and staff while maintaining a professional and well-organized front office environment. The position collaborates closely with other members of the Academic Operations and Support Team to ensure timely, accurate, and coordinated completion of a variety of school-wide tasks and projects.
