If so, then Options For Youth (OFY) is the place for you! OFY is looking for educators who are outgoing, authentic, energetic, motivated, and inspiring. OFY places great emphasis on the student-teacher relationship, a critical component to the development of students’ personal, emotional, and academic well-being. Options for Youth is a network of free public charter schools offering students a flexible, personalized approach to learning. OFY saw the potential that struggling students couldn’t see in themselves.
