St. John’s Episcopal School, a faith-based independent school in Rancho Santa Margarita for students two years old through eighth grade, is hiring an Aide for the Elementary Division and Extended Care Program. This is a one-year temporary assignment for the 2025-2026 School Year. Position Type: Full-Time; Temporary Reports to: Elementary Division Principal Start Date: August 20, 2025 End Date: June 3, 2026 Summary Description This position comprises two key roles: • Instructional Aide - to assist, support, and work closely with teachers and other team members in providing educational support, assistance, and guidance for students. • Extended Care Aide – with responsibility for the supervision and care of students in an after-school program, engaging the students in a variety of activities and ensuring a safe and positive environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Two-year associate degree. Bachelor’s degree (completed or in-progress), preferred.
