OPPORTUNITY The School Mental Health Supervisor I is responsible for coordinating and providing mental health prevention, intervention, and postvention services to meet the needs of students and families at Green Dot campuses (this position will be based at our Ánimo Leadership location). This opportunity is grant-funded and will expire on June 30, 2026. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES > Serve as a leader within the School Mental Health Services Team, MTSS team, and Coordination of Services Team to ensure that mental health programs are meeting goals and objectives of Green Dot Public Schools > Gather and analyze mental health data for students and monitor student progress. > Support the collection of metrics such as client satisfaction survey, referrals, enrollment, parent contact, outcome measures for depression/anxiety and trauma symptoms, and crisis support on the School Mental Health Services approved platform > Assist in School Mental Health Services team projects as needed > Ensure mental health support of specialized subgroups, such as Homeless/Foster youth, LGBTQ+, African American, Emerging Bilinguals, and students with differing abled abilities > Collaborate with School Leaders to ensure that the mental health needs of Green Dot Public Schools are being appropriately and adequately addressed > Provide ongoing crisis intervention and case management services to assigned site and required personnel > Assist in the assessment of the psychosocial needs of clients and families and work closely with school staff to meet the psychosocial needs of clients and families > Serve as a liaison between clients, clinical staff, and school staff > Supervise and support a team of Interns to provide direct individual and group clinical supervision > Manage and respond to day-to-day concerns related to interns and trainee performance and needs > Collaborate with the School Mental Health Services Program Manager/School Mental Health Supervisor II regarding int

> Work Hours: This position requires consistent attendance during scheduled hours, as flexibility is limited by classroom or operational requirements.
> Breaks: Breaks are structured within the workday and must align with operational needs and student care requirements. Extended or frequent breaks may not be feasible in this setting
> Physical Requirements: The position may require certain physical abilities, such as interacting with students, or moving through various parts of the school
> Social Requirements: The position requires extensive interaction with students, colleagues, and members of the public
> On-Site Presence: This role requires regular, in-person attendance to meet the needs of students, staff, and the school environment. Remote work/telecommuting is generally not an option

COMPENSATION
The starting salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000. Opportunities for salary growth are available over time; however, offers near the upper end of the salary range are uncommon. Individual education and experience will be considered when issuing offers. This opportunity is grant-funded and will expire on June 30, 2026.
