Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational and Personnel Services perform responsible and confidential administrative and secretarial functions within the Department. Provide detailed administrative support in the areas of Classified and Certificated Personnel.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must pass Secretary test - Please call the District Office @ 209-392-0200 to make an appointment to take the test. Education equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Training and/or experience in computer applications. Preferably, several years’ experience with increasingly complex secretarial responsibility, public relations, and reception. Internal Candidates need to submit a letter of intent only with their application on Edjoin.org (no other documents required) External Candidates need to submit a full application packet on Edjoin.org with all required documents. Only applications with all required attachments completed will be considered. Fingerprint Clearance will be completed upon hire.
