Job Summary
Days: Monday-Friday Hours: 1.5-2 Hours Per Day Effective Start Date: August 1, 2025 Effective End Date: July 31, 2026 Specific duties include but are not limited to: Serve as the Program Head of the ESports athletic program. Develop a positive team culture and provide the direction and vision for the ESports program Develop individual gaming skill sets, techniques, and game/match strategies necessary for overall team improvement/success. Develop and communicate a team strategy, provide instruction for student/athletes in the consistent execution of the team strategy. Complete game/match planning and strategy review in preparation for competition. Establish an off-season skills development program. Ensure that rules and regulations regarding conduct and eligibility are communicated and followed. Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships between team members, parents, athletic department, administration, teachers, other coaches, officials, and opponents. Maintain all required coaching certification. Complete forms and documents in a timely manner.
