Summerville Elementary School District is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative technology professional to join our district office team as a School Information Specialist. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and effectiveness of student data systems and state reporting processes. Under the general supervision of the Superintendent, the School Information Specialist is responsible for overseeing the district’s student information system (currently PowerSchool), coordinating CALPADS reporting, and supporting the management and submission of assessment data. Additionally, this role works to maintain and expand the district's technology, helping to ensure connection and technological collaboration across the school This role works closely with administrators, teachers, and classified staff to maintain clean data, troubleshoot issues, and support technology-driven solutions that impact student success. • Associate Degree (AA) or 2 full years of college coursework or Technical Certification or Coursework Completion • Current 1st Aid and CPR Certificates
