Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Career and College Readiness, the Regional K12 Pathways Program Specialist coordinates and supports K16 career pathways that align with Bay Area workforce needs. This role advances regional coherence across initiatives such as K12 Strong Workforce, CTEIG, Linked Learning, and other grant-funded programs. The Specialist builds and sustains partnerships among SBHSD, K-12 districts, colleges, and industry to expand equitable access to high-quality, career-connected learning and strengthen the K-16 pipeline. This role requires a certificated credential with a deep understanding of K12 instructional systems, curriculum development, and college and career readiness standards to effectively support alignment of educational content with regional workforce demands.
