Requirements / Qualifications
Experience: Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in building construction, maintenance, or related trades (covering at least two skilled crafts), including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or management capacity License: Valid California Driver’s License required Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework in architecture, engineering, construction technology, or related field preferred
