Under the direction of the Athletic Director, a Head Coach is responsible for fostering the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of student-athletes while promoting sportsmanship, leadership, and skill development. They will model professionalism, ensure compliance with all school and CIF policies, and maintain clear communication with students, parents, and the community. The role involves organizing practices, managing competitions, developing assistant coaches, and stewarding school resources responsibly. Above all, the coach will demonstrate a Christ-centered life and inspire athletes to honor God through their actions—all to the Glory of God.
