Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Staffing, the Manager, Staffing plays an integral role in achieving Alliance’s mission and goals through excellent customer service and staffing support to a portfolio of schools and Home Office teams. The Manager, Staffing, along with the full Staffing team, will perform individualized, site-specific duties in the recruitment, selection, and processing of candidates for school and Home Office positions. This position offers the opportunity to have a profound impact on teacher quality and scholar achievement at Alliance.
