What You'll Do (Making a Real Impact Every Day): Nurture Growth & Connection: Build trusting relationships with new families and students, becoming their advocate and source of hope Guide and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians with patience and understanding, helping them grow professionally while delivering exceptional care Create Personalized Pathways to Success: Conduct thoughtful functional behavior assessments (FBA) that truly understand each child's unique needs Develop compassionate Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that celebrate strengths while addressing challenges Design positive behavior supports that honor each student's individuality and potential Celebrate Every Victory: Track meaningful progress through careful data collection, celebrating both small wins and major breakthroughs Use evidence-based ABA methods to help students acquire new skills and build confidence Build Bridges of Support: Collaborate with families, teachers, and therapists to create a unified support network around each student Share progress updates that bring hope and encouragement to everyone invested in the child's success What We're Looking For (Your Caring Heart Matters Most):
