The Arts & Enterprise Conservatory and the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Conservatory at the Orange County School of the Arts are looking to fill the following teaching position: Foodservice Business Math- This course teaches students that understanding and applying mathematics is critical for all food service jobs, from a salad person to an executive chef. All the mathematical problems and concepts presented are explained in a simplified, logical, and step-by-step manner. Students will learn the importance of understanding and creating budgets for day-to-day operations. These skills apply to all industries, not just the food service sector. This class will meet on Thursdays (Fall & Spring): Block 8 (2:15 pm - 3:25 pm) & Block 9 (3:35 pm - 4:45 pm)
