To coordinate the ordering, delivery and serving of foods; to assist in maintaining food services facilities in a clean and sanitary condition; and to collect and assume responsibility for cash collected for payment of purchased items.
Requirements / Qualifications
One year experience in serving large quantities of foods, care of kitchen equipment, operating a computer and the use of software to maintain cafeteria records.
High school diploma or equivalent (MUST BE ATTACHED TO APPLICATION). Passing score on a district written test. Successfully complete an oral interview. Fingerprint clearance. TB Clearance. Vector Solutions completed. San Bernardino County Food Handler's card and Food Safety certification is required issued from ServSafe.
