The Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Instructional Aide supports the classroom teacher in providing a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners. Under the supervision of the TK teacher and site administrator, the Instructional Aide assists with small group instruction, classroom management, preparation of materials, and individualized student support to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, flexibility, and a passion for early childhood education. This role requires effective communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to implement teacher-directed activities that meet the unique needs of transitional kindergarten students
