Tuberculosis Clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: 1. Experience working with At-Risk student populations, as well as mediation, conflict resolution, and motivational counseling 2. Two years of recent experience with completing applications for Universities of California, California State Universities and other common post secondary education agencies 3. Extensive knowledge of admission requirements for both public and private universities 4. Recent experience with helping students' complete financial aid forms including the FAFSA and Profile 5. Knowledge of the Aeries Student Information System and its applications to evaluating student placement and performance 6. Successful 1-5 years Counseling Experience 7. Appropriate ELL Authorization, Desired SALARY: Placement on Certificated Salary Schedule ($56,546 to $92,736*) *200 days = $61,130 to $100,255 Master’s Degree – 2% on base annual salary Doctorate Degree – additional 2% on base annual salary National Board Certification – additional $1,000 15 years creditable experience may be accepted upon verification
