Job Summary

The job of the Family Support Case Manager is done for the purpose of advocating for identified families, assessing family needs, identifying strategies, and coordinating services to meet those needs through the El Centro Elementary School District.

Categorically Funded POSITION: Family Support Services Case Manager LOCATION: To Be Determined WORK YEAR: 6 hours/day – 11 months/year SALARY RANGE: Step 24: $3,112.64 - $5,071.14 per month APPLICATION DEADLINE: Thursday, June 12, 2025, no later than 4 pm

Prior job-related experience in a school or institutional setting is highly desired. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and one year experience in a public or private social service field OR two years of case management experience working with children and families including successful completion of 30 semester (45 quarter) college units in social welfare, sociology, social/human services or other behavioral science. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION: Bilingual: English/Spanish *PRE-EMPLOYMENT SKILLS TEST REQUIRED Please submit an EdJoin application, along with the following attachments:
