Job Summary

Fountain Valley School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Specialist for a Special Day Class (SDC) at Tamura Elementary School serving students with Extensive Support Needs (ESN). The successful candidate will foster students' academic, behavioral, and social/emotional development in a 1st-3rd grade classroom (final grade level TBD). As a valued FVSD Special Education Team member, the Education Specialist will collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to implement IEPs and evidence-based strategies. FVSD is committed to empowering every student through academic excellence, inclusive opportunities, student well-being, and meaningful community partnerships.
