Requirements / Qualifications
MATERIALS ELIGIBILITY: Required: 1. A valid California teaching credential authorizing service at the secondary level 2. Head coaching experience at the senior high school varsity level. 3. Knowledge of CIF-SS Blue Rules and Regulations. 4. Evidence of effective oral and written communication skills. 5. Proven leadership and organizational abilities 6. Knowledge of Title IX Law 7. Possess valid driver's license Desirable: 1. Masters Degree in Physical Ed, Sports Management or related special subjects areas. 2. Experience as an athletic director/coordinator at the senior high school level. 3. Administrative Credential 4. Possession of a valid First Aid, CPR & Concussion Certificates. 5. Knowledge of ASB & fundraising procedures

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Principal, assist in the planning, development, and implementation of the policies, regulations, guidelines, procedures and State/Federal laws pertaining to a school site interscholastic sports program; to serve as site Title IX Coordinator and act as a resource to administrators and interscholastic personnel concerning sports and recreation activities; and to do other related functions as directed. Primary consideration is to develop the type of program that will offer the students a worthwhile athletic and educational experience.
