United Christian Academy is seeking JH Cross Country Coaches for the 2025-2026 Fall season and beyond. The candidate should have a worldview and vision for athletics in-line with the school’s mission and vision statement. We are seeking a coach who is excited to grow and build the program, is excellent in planning and organizing a season with purpose, and has a strong understanding of the sport and ability to teach and strategize with professionalism and maturity. General Description: The Cross Country Coach is responsible for organizing and executing the Junior High Cross Country program at United Christian Academy. He/she is responsible for coaching student athletes in competitive techniques to prepare them for events and competitions. He/she is to motivate student atheletes to develp an appreciation of the sport. Reports to: Athletic Director Grade Levels: 6th - 8th Grade Work Schedule: 6 – 10 hours per week from August through October.
