Beacon Day School (BDS) is a California non-profit school for children with autism and related disorders. The Human Resources Manager position is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Company’s Human Resources processes for two locations ( La Palma, CA & Riverside, CA). The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management and termination of employees. They will also be responsible for the development of human resources policies and procedures and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. This position reports to the CEO/Founder of Beacon Day School. Essential Duties and Responsibilities included but are not limited to: o Talent Management o New Hire Onboarding o Employee Training and Development at all levels o HRIS Maintenance o Development and Interpretation of Policies and Procedures o Performance Management o Benefit and Leave Administration o Worker’s Comp Administration o Termination Processing

Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in a related field HR certification preferred
