BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, operate an automated absence management system to provide substitute teachers to districts, para educators and other substitute classifications to the County Office of Education; prepare and maintain a variety of records, reports and files; perform a variety of related clerical duties; maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information; train, direct and perform in a lead capacity for assigned personnel.

Ed-Join Application Must Be 18 Years of Age EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or California High School Equivalent Certificate. Three years of Increasingly responsible clerical/secretarial experience involving public contact including one year of educational absence management responsibility. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen.
