Job Summary
Under the direction of the County Superintendent and the Director of Innovation and Student Success, the Early Learning and Special Programs Facilitator will ensure the Alpine Early Learning Center is managed and led with dedication, professionalism, and skill. In addition, the Facilitator will work to ensure various partner agencies and the Alpine County Office of Education and Alpine County Unified School District are working collaboratively to deliver exceptional services to children in Alpine County.
Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor’s Degree, plus 30 units as required to obtain a, A valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential A valid Child Development Site Supervisor Permit (or ability to obtain within one year) A valid driver’s license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles Prior experience working with preschool-aged children. DESIRED QUALITIES: A valid special education (Pupil Services) credential A valid school administration credential Bilingual (Washoe or Spanish) Prior experience working with students with special needs Prior experience working with diverse communities Prior experience with grant writing and program management Prior experience supervising employees
