The Encinitas Union School District is seeking a dedicated Site Program Support Teacher who is skilled in the areas of Reading Intervention/Math/English Language Development to join the team at Flora Vista Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year to support students in K-6th Grade settings. Responsibilities: • Deliver small-group and/or one-on-one reading intervention and math using evidence-based practices • Provide targeted instruction to English learners based on language proficiency levels • Collaborate with classroom teachers to support integrated learning and inclusive practices • Engage with families and contribute to an inclusive, asset-based school environment • Attend relevant meetings and professional development opportunities The work schedule is Monday through Friday during the school day; 28 hours per week total. The position is for the 2025-2026 school year, 8/18/2025 through 5/29/2026, Monday through Thursday 7:30-2:00 (includes a 30 minute unpaid break) and Friday 8:00-12:00; however, depending on funding may continue for additional years. No Health and Welfare benefits offered. NOTE: This posting will be closed based on applicant pool/district needs. EUSD is located in North San Diego County along the coast. It serves nine (9) Kindergarten through sixth grade schools, and one (1) pre-school for students with special needs.
