Part Time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Fall 2025 We are seeking a thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate clinician to provide behavior services to students and consult with faculty and families as part of a transdisciplinary team. Required Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Experience providing behavior services in a school-based setting • Knowledge of functional behavior assessment, behavior intervention plan development, and progress monitoring • Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes Desired Skills and Experience: • Experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, social-emotional, and executive function challenges • Ability to develop individualized behavior supports in a way that honors neurodiversity and student dignity • Strong collaboration skills and a positive, solutions-oriented approach • Familiarity with restorative practices and trauma-informed strategies • Experience training and coaching teachers and instructional aides • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong record keeping, data collection, and organizational skills See full details via the PDF below.
