Job Summary
Food Service Lead to prepare breakfast and lunch for students attending summer school. REQUIREMENTS: • Food Manager’s Certificate required • Ability to work in a school setting to provide food service to students • Ability to plan menus and place orders for food • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, proper methods of preparing and cooking food in large quantities • Must be flexible and be able to work independently
