La Purisima Concepcion School, Lompoc, Ca Primary Grade School Teacher Job Description La Purisima Concepcion School is seeking an experienced, innovative, passionate and enthusiastic primary grade teacher willing to work collaboratively with a highly qualified professional learning community in a supportive school environment. You will be the primary grade teacher in a self-contained classroom. Responsibilities Creating and implementing ADLA and CA standard-based lessons, utilizing formative and summative assessments to drive instruction and support students, experience in differentiating instruction, effective communication with parents, strong classroom management skills, able to integrate technology in daily instructions, and contain a desire to work in a faith-based community.
