Job Purpose Statement: Under the general direction of the Associate/Deputy Superintendent, and in collaboration with grant partners, the Director plans, organizes, manages, and directs all aspects of the statewide and regional early learning and family support grants and contracts. This is a teleworking position requiring travel and in-person meetings across the state. A telework agreement is required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience: Minimum three years of experience leading multi-county initiatives; minimum five years of grant and contract management experience; experience conducting Needs Assessments; experience using the CLASS tool as an observer and/or trainer. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
