A PRELIMINARY or CLEAR EDUCATION SPECIALIST: MILD TO MODERATE CREDENTIAL WITH AUTISM AND BRIDGE AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT OR MILD TO MODERATE SUPPORT NEEDS CREDENTIAL (This position will now require those with a Mild/Moderate to obtain the new Bridge Authorization)

If you are currently enrolled in an Education Specialist Credential Program, and you will be completing the program by July 2025, instead of a credential copy, please upload unofficial transcripts as proof of enrollment or a Letter from the University. Intern Eligible Applicants must upload a letter from the program.

Please be advised that final salary placement is determined by education and credentialed service years based on the certificated salary schedule. Initial Salary Placement: Initial placement for years of experience is based on the following: 1. A maximum of six (6) years of experience as a credentialed public school employee (excluding emergency permits and internship credentials), having worked a minimum of 75% of each work year. 2. A maximum of six (6) years of experience as a credentialed private school employee (excluding emergency permits and internship credentials), in a WASC accredited private school, having worked a minimum of 75% of each work year. A total of up to 6 years of outside experience will be accepted.
