Requirements / Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Valid California Driver's License (Provided upon hire) DOJ/FBI Fingerprint Clearance (to be completed after job offer) Paraprofessional Certificate OR valid California Teaching credential* Please see job description for a complete list of requirements. *Paraprofessional Testing: The paraprofessional test is offered through HCOE and can be reserved and paid for online. Here is a link to the booking system: https://hcoe.org/paraprofessional-exam/ . The test is proctored weekly on Tuesdays at 10 and the cost of the test is $7.00. If you have any questions, please call HCOE directly at 707.445.7039 Sample Paraprofessional Tests: Below are links to practice for the paraprofessional test that is offered by HCOE. Once you pass, they will give you a card.
