Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Leave & Accommodations Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of employee leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, disability benefits coordination (SDI/EDD), and related compliance functions. This role ensures legal and regulatory adherence under federal, state, and local laws (including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and FEHA) and provides support to employees and supervisors throughout the leave and accommodation process. The Administrator also serves as a liaison for workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work coordination. This is an MOU position supporting Cabrillo Point Academy, Mission Vista Academy, and Pacific Coast Academy. Preference will be given to internal candidates who meet the qualifications of the position. This position is offered remotely and is a year-round position with excellent benefits.
