Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Talent & Compliance Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources (HR) operations of the organization by overseeing key aspects of the employee lifecycle. This position is responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining ongoing compliance with credentialing and/or licensing and other requirements, coordinating training, and handling personnel transitions. The Administrator ensures that all HR activities align with organizational policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including AB 2534 compliance. This is an MOU position supporting Cabrillo Point Academy, Mission Vista Academy, and Pacific Coast Academy. Preference will be given to internal candidates who meet the qualifications of the position. This position is offered remotely and is a year-round position with excellent benefits.
