Job Summary

Job Summary

Looking for a full-time SLP to provide in-home/ in-school therapy to children 3 to 25 in the Greater Los Angeles area (Beverly Hills, Culver City, Mid-City). Small private case-load ( 20 clients or less) with a heavy emphasis on neurodiversity-affirming practices and augmentative alternative communication (AAC). This position includes a high level of mentorship on the implementation of AAC from the owner of the practice, Rachel Madel M.A.,CCC-SLP. Three important things about working with us: 1. We geek out on technology and have seen how it can be an invaluable tool to help children reach their full communication potential. 2. We emphasize collaboration with team members, which we believe is essential for each child under our care to make progress as quickly and compassionately as possible. 3. We prioritize training and mentorship directly with Rachel, who continues to care for patients directly, but has designed the practice to help develop you as a therapist. Here's a quote from one of our employees: "One of the greatest strengths of this position is the leadership. Rachel is a true mentor— supportive, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in both client outcomes and therapist well-being. She provides the flexibility and autonomy that make this role not only sustainable but genuinely enjoyable." -Alyssa Fye M.A., CCC-SLP See more employee feedback shared below, and be sure to check out Rachel on Instagram as well as her AAC podcast "Talking with Tech": www.instagram.com/rachelmadelslp https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/talking-with-tech/id1300126888?mt=2&ign-mpt=uo%3D8
