• Up to 15 years of service credit
• Health coverage up to $13,354.80 toward a district-provided health plan or $2,000 cash in lieu
• Contributions to retirement
• A highly competitive pay schedule (highest starting total compensation package in Alameda County)
• $1,000 Masters stipend
• $1,000 Doctorate stipend
