Job Summary
The High School Color Guard Coach is responsible for directing and training the color guard team in coordination with the school's marching band program. This role involves developing routines, teaching choreography, supervising practices and performances, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. The coach works closely with the band director, attends all rehearsals and competitions, and supports student growth in performance, teamwork, and discipline.
