School Psychology Intern or Practicum Student at Evidence Based Educational Services
About the Employer
Evidence Based Educational Services (EBES) is staffed by doctoral-level psychologists, whom hold a combination of licensure in the state of California and additional certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collectively, the EBES team brings over 40 years of experience working in schools throughout California. Their extensive hands-on experience, combined with active engagement in research, makes them recognized experts in assessment and intervention. Their areas of specialization include—but are not limited to—the identification and support of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, social-emotional challenges, and behavioral disorders. Through close collaboration with families and schools, the EBES team bridges the gap between private and school-based services. Their strong foundation in evidence-based practices enables them to connect research to real-world applications in both educational and home settings. At EBES, the belief is that there is a better way to support struggling students than what is commonly offered in traditional school or private practice models. Their mission is to inform instruction, support meaningful student progress, and offer families more than just a label. Instead, they prioritize understanding each child’s unique needs and identifying the supports necessary for success at school and at home. With experience spanning PK–12 and post-secondary education, EBES practitioners have a comprehensive understanding of the educational system. They are well-equipped to help families and schools navigate challenges and implement strategies that lead to lasting, impactful change.
