The Elementary Counselor designs and delivers school counseling programs, for students, which have an impact on their growth in their academic, career and social emotional development. To motivate students according to their individual abilities; to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed for a good foundation for additional schooling; to establish a good rapport with students, families and with other staff members
